Instead of using Hölder inequality, both formulas (2.2) and (2.12) in [1] are deduced from using [2, Theorem 2.4].

In Theorems 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3 and in the last paragraph on page 122 of [1], λshould be greater than or equal to 1.
