川鉄のHフレーム構造設計システムについて

The Structural Design System for Kawatetsu H-Frame

要旨 : 本論文は,川鉄のHフレーム(H形鋼を用いたプレハブ鉄骨)の構造設計システムについ て述べる。Hフレームは山形タイプ,ビルタイプの標準タイプのほか,2連棟3連棟タイ プ,2階建山形タイプ,そのほかの応用タイプがある。これらの構造計算は,本社(神戸) にあるUNIVAC 494 で行なうが,主フレーム,二次部材および基礎までの設計も一貫して 行うプログラムと主フレームの応力解析のみを行うプログラムを用意している。構造設計 の迅速化のため,計算結果は伝送回線で東京,名古屋および広島の各営業所に送られる。 また,迅速かつ経済的な製図作業ができるようくふうも行われている。 Synopsis :

This paper reports on the structural designs system for Kawatetsu H-frames which are prefabricated steel frames made with Kawasaki H-shapes. The structural types of H-frames are the gable type and the flat roof building type. Besides these, there are various types such as the double or triple gable types, the two-storied gable type, etc. The structural computation for each of the H-frame types is performed by the computers "UNIVAC 494," installed at the Head Office of Kawasaki Steel Corporation in Kobe. We have two kinds of programs, one for the serial design of main frame, secondary members and foundation, and the other for the analysis of frame structure stress. For the purpose of speed-up, the calculated results are conveyed through transmission circuits from Kobe Head Office to each office at Tokyo, Nagoya and Hiroshima. Also, certain devices have been introduced to do the structural drawings more rapidly and economically.
