INFORMATION

Dyna-Gro Manganeseis a concentrated aqueous solution of Manganese that has twice the solubility on a metal basis as Manganese Sulfate. It is specifically designed for addition to fluid fertilizer with- out reduction in nitrogen content and will provide Manganese in an extremely soluble form that is readily available. It is effective as a foliar spray to correct and prevent Manganese deficiency since this form of Manganese is easily assimilated by plants. Wherever Manganese Sulfate has been used, Dyna-Gro Manganese can be sub- stituted at the same concentration with little or no change in the final mix behavior. It is important that a non-ionic surfactant be added to aid in surface coverage which will help in leaf absorption.

CROP RECOMMENDATIONS

Fruit and Nut Crops: Apply 1-2 quarts per acre per application in enough water to allow for thorough coverage.

Vegetable Crops:Apply 1-112pints per acre per application in enough water to allow for thorough coverage. At least 3 applications are suggest- ed with additional applications being necessary for more severe deficien- cies. More frequent applications at the lower rate will give better results.

Field Crops:Corn, cotton, peanuts, small grains, soybeans: Apply 1 to 2 pints per acre per application enough water to allow for thorough coverage. For maximum effectiveness on soybeans use lower rate in 2 applications applied around the 5th and 9th week after emergence.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Ground Foliar – Apply the product in adequate water to ensure proper mixing and coverage. The addition of a non-ionic surfactant will improve coverage.

Aerial Application: Do Notuse without the addition of a non-ionic sur- factant.

May intensify fire; oxidizer

Causes severe skin burns and eye damage May be corrosive to metals

May cause damage to central nervous system and lungs through pro- longed or repeat exposure

Prevention:Keep away from heat. Keep/Store away from clothing and combustible materials. Take any precaution to avoid mixing with com- bustibles. Wear protective gloves, chemical splash proof goggles and face protection. Do not breathe vapors, mists or sprays. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Wash thoroughly after use.

Response:If swallowed: Rinse mouth, Do NOT induce vomiting.

Immediately call doctor.

Immediately call doctor.

If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call doctor.

Get medical advice/attention if you feel unwell.

Absorb spillage to prevent material damage.

Storage:Store locked up. Store in corrosive resistant container (polyethyl- ene, polypropylene or fiberglass. See Section 7 of SDS).

Disposal:Dispose of contents/containers in accordance with local/regional/national regulations (See Section 13 of SDS). Containers may be triple rinsed and offered for recycling.

PRECAUTIONS

(1)When using less than 50 gallons of water per acre, a non-ionic sur- factant at the recommended rate per 100 gallons of water will aid surface coverage and leaf absorption. NOTE: When using with cit- rus spray oils of the 435 class, surfactants are not needed.

(2)Do not use with liquid foliar or ground fertilizer containing phos- phates.

(3)A jar-test to check the compatibilities of new or unfamiliar chemical combinations should be performed prior to mixing and application..

(4)A surfactant is necessary when using on young trees.
