※The contents of this notice, including the schedule, may change depending on supply of the vaccine.
Free of Charge
◎The COVID-19 vaccine is expected to reduce deaths and serious illness cause by infection of the disease as far as possible and also prevent spread of the disease. We will send vaccination vouchers to persons aged 65 and older as of the end of March 2022 (persons born before April 1, 1957), who are being prioritized for vaccination.

◎新型コロナウイルスワクチンは感染症による死亡や重症化の発生をできる限り減らし、感染症のまん延を 防止することが期待されています。今回は、優先接種となる令和４年３月末時点で65歳以上となられる方 （昭和32年４月１日以前に生まれた方）に接種券等をお送りしています。

新型コロナワクチンの説明書 新型コロナウイルスワクチン接種について
本ワクチンの接種は国と地方自治体による新型コロナウイルス（SARS-CoV-2）ワクチン接種事業の一環として行われます。
本ワクチンの接種は公費対象となり、希望者は無料で接種可能です。なお、本ワクチンは16歳以上の方が対象です。
ワクチンの効果と投与方法
今回接種するワクチンはファイザー社製のワクチンです。新型コロナウイルス感染症の発症を予防します。
ワクチンを受けた人が受けていない人よりも、新型コロナウイルス感染症を発症した人が少ないということが分かっています。（発 症予防効果は約95％と報告されています。）
販売名 コミナティⓇ筋注 効能・効果 SARS-CoV-2による感染症の予防 接種回数・間隔 ２回（通常、３週間の間隔） ※筋肉内に接種
接種対象 16歳以上（16歳未満の人に対する有効性・安全性はまだ明らかになっていません。）
接種量 １回0.3 mLを合計２回
1回目の接種後、通常、3週間の間隔で2回目の接種を受けてください。（接種後3週間を超えた場合は、できるだけ速 やかに2回目の接種を受けてください。）
1回目に本ワクチンを接種した場合は、2回目も必ず同じワクチン接種を受けてください。
本ワクチンの接種で十分な免疫ができるのは、２回目の接種を受けてから７日程度経って以降とされています。現時点では 感染予防効果は明らかになっていません。ワクチン接種にかかわらず、適切な感染防止策を行う必要があります。
予防接種を受けることができない人
下記にあてはまる人は本ワクチンを接種できません。該当すると思われる場合、必ず接種前の診察時に医師へ伝えてください。
明らかに発熱している人（※1）
重い急性疾患にかかっている人
本ワクチンの成分に対し重度の過敏症（※2）の既往歴のある人
上記以外で、予防接種を受けることが不適当な状態にある人
（※1）明らかな発熱とは通常37.5℃以上を指します。ただし、37.5℃を下回る場合も平時の体温を鑑みて発熱と判断される場合 はこの限りではありません。
（※2）アナフィラキシーや、全身性の皮膚・粘膜症状、喘鳴、呼吸困難、頻脈、血圧低下等、アナフィラキシーを疑わせる複数の症状。
予防接種を受けるに当たり注意が必要な人
下記にあてはまる人は本ワクチンの接種について、注意が必要です。該当すると思われる場合は、必ず接種前の診察時に医師 へ伝えてください。
抗凝固療法を受けている人、血小板減少症または凝固障害のある人
過去に免疫不全の診断を受けた人、近親者に先天性免疫不全症の方がいる人
心臓、腎臓、肝臓、血液疾患や発育障害などの基礎疾患のある人
過去に予防接種を受けて、接種後2日以内に発熱や全身性の発疹などのアレルギーが疑われる症状がでた人
過去にけいれんを起こしたことがある人
本ワクチンの成分に対して、アレルギーが起こるおそれがある人

◎Two doses of the vaccination will be administered with a fixed interval of time between them.
*The interval between administration of the doses varies depending on the type of vaccine.

◎Vaccination is by appointment and is free of charge. Please apply for an appointment after confirming the procedure for making an appointment at the vaccination site you will visit.
8 Effects of the Vaccine and Risk of Side Effects

*Personal consent when receiving the vaccinatio
Vaccination is voluntary, and you will not be forced to receive it. The country and the city will provide information about the vaccination periodically, so please receive your vaccination having understood the effects of the vaccine in preventing infection and the risk of side effects, etc.

7 What to bring and precautions during vaccination

◎Precautions during vaccination
・Please disinfect your hands and fingers and wear a mask.
・The vaccine will be injected in the upper arm (near the shoulder), so please wear clothes that allow you to easily expose your shoulder when you come to the vaccination site.
・Before the vaccination, take your temperature at home and if you clearly have a high temperature or you do not feel well, do not go ahead with the vaccination and call the appointment place (the medical facility at which you made the appointment in the case of individual vaccinations, or the Edogawa City COVID-19 Vaccination Call Center in the case of group vaccinations) to cancel your vaccination appointment.
・You will be required to remain at the vaccination site for 15-30 minutes after the vaccination to be observed. We request your understanding in advance for the time taken before you can return home.

（３） Documentation to confirm your identity (health Insurance card, driverʼs license, Residence Card, etc.)
The vaccination sites are the venues described in “6” below, but persons who meet the following criteria may be able to receive the vaccination outside of Edogawa City.
（１）Students or workers lodging in or posted to locations remote from Edogawa City should inquire at the municipality where they are currently living.
（２）Hospitalized persons or those undergoing regular outpatient treatment, persons living in a facility, and persons with an underlying illness wanting to receive the vaccination from their physician should consult their medical facility or physician.
*It may be possible to receive the vaccination in cases other than those above, so please contact the Edogawa City COVID-19 Vaccination Call Center （03-6633-3380） for more information.
