1. Per letter received from Central Visayas Institute Foundation, President Dr. Christopher C. Bernido and Dr. Ma. Victoria Carpio-Bernido, Principal, the 6th CVIF Dynamic
Learning Program (DLP) Workshop will be conducted on April 22-24, 2015 in Davao
City. Attached is the matrix of activity.
2. A registration fee of Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P 3,500.00) is to be collected to cover lunch and snacks for three (3) days. Accommodation is excluded. For early birds, Three Thousand Pesos ( P 3,000.00) up to March 31, 2015. You may pay at CVIF, Jagna and get the receipt.
3. It is suggested that a school principal with two (2) teachers per secondary school will attend. Interested parties are advised to contact the office not later than March 20, 2015 for the travel order.
4. Expenses incurred relative to the participation of the said workshop is chargeable against school MOOE, SEF and other local funds subject to the usual accounting rules and regulations.
5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is highly desired.

The DepEd Division of Bohol has been a forerunner in a division-wide implementation of the Central Visayan Institute Foundation-Dynamic Learning Program (CVIF-DLP). The challenges, successes, and insights it has gained could certainly guide other DepEd Divisions which have decided to also implement the program. It is, therefore, our honor to invite you to be one of the
speakers during the 6th CVIF Dynamic Learning Program (DLP) Workshop to be held on April
22-24, 2015, in Davao City. This will be hosted by Davao Christian High School which will be
celebrating its 10th year of implementation of the CVIF-DLP.
