Although the averaged travel speed

in rush hours* has been in upward

Trend after 1994, it remains in a low

Vision and Targets

Short-to Mediun-Term Targets

◎By 2020, to reduce 25% 0f greenhouse gas emissions of entire Tokyo, aim to reduce approximately 40% of emissions in transport sector in comparison with 2000 level.

◎By 2016, improve loading ratio (improvement for commercial vehicles) and average travel speed ( heighten the average travel speed in rush hours in the wards up to 25km/h), resolve chronic traffic congestions ( Reduce through-traffic-volume in the central Tokyo).

◎By 2016, intensify measures toward improvement in the ratio of public transportation usage, through-traffic on residential roads, traffic accidents and barrier-free. 『Sectoral Target and Policy Direction2008』

◎Expanding the diffusion of next-generation vehicles

◎Promote the development of infrastructure such as rapid charger

◎Implementation of the model project to reduce car use(Park&Bus Ride) ◎ Initiative action of the City to reduce CO2 emissions

◎Promotion of eco-driving for the earth

◎Promotion of biofuels for lower environmental impact

◎CO2 reduction by eliminating traffic congestion

○ By 2020, to reduce 25% of CO2 emissions(1,500 million tons).

○ Installation of solar panels and use of solar equipment at private family.

homes and condominiums, and 100million kw solar energy has been introduced.

○ Increasing in popularity for low-emission vehicle, and fuel-efficient cars by promoting of technological development.

We can also confirm that the spreading speed coincides with the minimal wave speed of regular traveling waves of (1.1), which has been founded in many reaction-diffusion

The speed of the traveling wave is approximately the speed for which the reduced system has a connection with a special structure between certain high- and

Then it follows immediately from a suitable version of “Hensel’s Lemma” [cf., e.g., the argument of [4], Lemma 2.1] that S may be obtained, as the notation suggests, as the m A

Using the batch Markovian arrival process, the formulas for the average number of losses in a finite time interval and the stationary loss ratio are shown.. In addition,

We show that the average energy as well as the deviation around the average velocity for chaotic orbits for both the complete and simplified versions of the model exhibit
