DIRECTIONS FOR USE

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Use only in commercial plantings; do not use on home plantings.

Do not apply this product in any way that will contact workers or other persons; either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe; consult the agency

responsible for pesticide regulation. Always read this FIFRA 2(ee) bulletin and the entire label on the product container before using this product.

Apply 2-4 pints per acre through either a drip or microsprinkler irrigation system. Applications must thoroughly cover the entire root zone to provide the best performance. Applications can be made every 2 to 3 weeks with the first application when the plant is in active growth phase.

If a VYDATE® L application is made during a normal irrigation cycle, injection should be made during the last third of the cycle.

Irrigation systems should run a sufficient amount of time prior to VYDATE® L injection to have all emitters functioning properly.

Following injection, the system should be flushed for a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 20 minutes after the last emitter contains VYDATE® L. Allow 24 hours before performing the next irrigation cycle. For best results, the microsprinkler emitter pattern should provide full coverage of the root zone.

VYDATE® L should not be applied at the same time that a drip irrigation line clean out product is being used as performance may be reduced.

Since varieties are numerous, continually change and may respond differently to Vydate® L, test the product on a small scale before proceeding to a large scale application. Varietal response may also vary if Vydate® L is mixed with other products.

* - Non-bearing fruit trees are defined to be trees that will not bear fruit within 12 months after application.
