Objectives

In this lesson, we will learn how to:

(1) State what you can or cannot do:

Potential form of verbs: 日本語が話せます。(I can speak Japanese.) u-‐verbs: hanasu à hanaseru

ru-‐verbs: taberu à taberareru

irregular verbs: kuru àkorareru, suru àdekiru

* Pay attention to the particles. テニスをする à テニスができる
