Wie konnen a n g e s i c h t s d e r E f f e k t e d e r G l o b a l i s i e r u n g angemessene Regelungen g e s c h a f f e n werden? Es s o l l im f o l g e n d e n b e a n t w o r t e t w e r d e n , w e l c h e R o l l e t r a n s n a t i o n a l e N i c h t ‑ R e g i e r u n g s o r g a n i s a t i o n e n (NROs) im P r o z e s s von G l o b a l i s i e r u n g und u n g l e i c h z e i t i g e r D e n a t i o n a l i ‑ s i e r u n g einnehmen k o n n e n . V i e l f a c h t u n s i e d i e s i i b e r d i e K o n s t r u k t i o n e i n e r g l o b a l e n O f f e n t l i c h k e i t .

Es b l e i b t d e s h a l b i n Z u k u n f t d i e Aufgabe d e r F o r s c h u n g , u m f a n g r e i c h auch a n d e r s a r t i g e Konzeptionen f u r den B e r e i c h d e r G l o b a l i s i e r u n g anzunehmen.
