RSM Tokyo Kyodo FAS to become Tokyo Kyodo FAS
As of April 1st, 2018, RSM Tokyo Kyodo FAS Co., Ltd. (Representative Manager: Ryutaro Uchiyama) will change its corporate name to Tokyo Kyodo FAS Co., Ltd.
Both Tokyo Kyodo Accounting Office and Tokyo Kyodo FAS Co., Ltd. will continue to be members of the RSM network. The change will not affect the current representative, the current address, or the non-existence of capital ties with the RSM network.
Tokyo Kyodo FAS will continue to serve its role as a part of the global firm community and strengthen cooperative ties with member firms worldwide. Further, Tokyo Kyodo FAS will continue to contribute to the development of the Japanese financial and capital market by performing professional services of high quality global standards in areas such as cross-border M&A.
