IF IN EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lens, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
IF ON SKIN OR CLOTHING: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
IF SWALLOWED: Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. DO NOT give any liquid to the person. DO NOT induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor. DO NOT give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
IF INHALED: If breathing is difficult, remove person to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, and then give artificial respiration, preferably mouth to mouth if possible.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
INVADE HC is a highly concentrated, multifunctional MSO-based spray adjuvant developed as a penetrating surfactant concentrate with superior wetting and penetrating characteristics. INVADE HC is designed as a replacement for non-ionic surfactants and crop oil concentrates in liquid spray mixtures. When used as directed, INVADE HC maximizes the activity and effectiveness of certain herbicides in post emergence applications.
Therefore, care must be taken in treating sensitive crops during periods when plants are subjected to drought stress, high temperatures, and high humidity.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Use INVADE HC at a rate of 4-8 oz./acre as a replacement for non-ionic surfactants and crop oil concentrates. The high end of the recommended use rate may be necessary during periods when plants are subjected to extreme stress or weed populations.
The addition of a liquid fertilizer (28-32% nitrogen solution) may also be required to improve control under extreme environmental conditions.
Always add INVADE HC last to the spray mixture and provide good agitation.
Prior to use, read and follow all directions on this label and on the label of the pesticides being used. The pesticide manufacturer’s label for specific usages and restrictions have precedence over DIRECTIONS FOR USE referred to on this label.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL INFORMATION
STORAGE: Store product in original container only, away from other pesticides, fertilizers, food or feed. DO NOT use, spill, or store near heat or open flame. Keep this container closed when not in use and take care to prevent any water from being introduced to the contents of this container. Avoid storage below 32 °F. If INVADE HC is stored below 32 °F, it may become cloudy and thicken. Above 32 °F, INVADE HC returns to its normal clear fluid state.
DISPOSAL: DO NOT contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal. Triple rinse empty container and offer for recycling/
reconditioning or dispose of in an approved sanitary landfill.
DO NOT REUSE EMPTY CONTAINER FOR ANY PURPOSE.

INNVICTIS CROP CARE LLC warrants only that this product conforms to the product description on the label and is reasonably fit for the purposes stated in the Directions For Use. The Directions for Use of this product are believed to be adequate and must be followed carefully. It is, however, impossible to eliminate all risks associated with this product. Crop injury, ineffectiveness, or other unintended consequences may result due to such factors as weather conditions, presence or absence of other materials, or the manner or use or application, all of which are beyond the control of INNVICTIS CROP CARE LLC. All such risks must be assumed by the buyer or user. Except as warranted on this label, INNVICTIS CROP CARE, LLC makes no representation, warranty or guarantee, whether expressed or implied including, but not limited to, warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise. No agent or representative of INNVICTIS CROP CARE, LLC or the seller of the product is authorized to amend the terms of this Warranty disclaimer or the product’s label or to make a representation or recommendation different or inconsistent with the label of this product. To the extent consistent with applicable law, INNVICTIS CROP CARE, LLC’s maximum liability for breach of its warranty or for use of this product, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the purchase price of this product. To the extent permitted by applicable law, INNVICTIS CROP CARE, LLC shall not be liable for consequential, special or indirect damages resulting from the use, handling, application, storage, or disposal of this product or for damages in the nature of penalties, and the buyer and the user waive any right that they may have to such damages. If the warranty and liability limitations or disclaimer are not acceptable, return the unopened container to the place of purchase for full refund. To the extent not inconsistent with applicable law or the label, the purchase, delivery, acceptance and use of this product by the buyer is subject to the terms and conditions of seller’s sales invoice for this product.
