研究開発投資の経済効果分析とその政策立案への応用に関する検討会(開催結果)

文部科学省 科学技術政策研究所 第 3 調査研究グループ 要旨

本検討会は、マクロ経済モデルにより研究開発投資の経済効果を分析し、その分析結果を政策 立案へ応用していくことに関する現状や課題についての議論を行うことを目的に開催された。

本検討会では、分野別の投資効果の影響を評価するために現在取り組んでいる分野別の知識 ストックに係るデータの収集・整備に関する状況、内閣府経 済財政モデルなど既存のマクロ経済モ デルの概要や試算結果、研究開発投資の効果を測定していくためのマクロ経済モデルの在り方、

海外における状況等についてのプレゼンテーションの後、参加者間においてディスカッションを行っ た。

ABSTRACT

The purpose of the technical meeting is to discuss on the present state and challenges related to economic impact analysis from R&D investment and its application for policy planning by using macro-econometrical model.

In the technical meeting, some presentations were made related to the current status of the data collection on each field’s knowledge stock, the outlines and evaluation results of the existing macro-econometrical model such as Economic and Fiscal Model used by Cabinet Office, what the model should be in order to evaluate the impact from R&D investment, and the status overseas, etc.

After the presentations, the open discussion was held among participants.
