*1台のサーバ上で仮想Linuxを複数構築する場合は追加のライセンスは不要です。ライセンスは実CPUの数でカウントしてください。 *ブレードサーバで各ブレードごとに別サーバとなる場合はそれぞれのブレードを1サーバとカウントいたします。
HPCCはクラスタをコントロールするヘッドノード（マスターノード）と計算を行う計算ノードにより構成されます。ヘッドノードは通常のサーバライセンスが必要となります。 ヘッドノードの数が、全ノード数の25%を超えることはできません。すなわち、最低でも75%のノードは、計算ノードでなくてはHPCCは適用されません。
計算ノードはHigh Performance Computing 1-Nodeが適用されます。最小構成は、8計算ノードと1ヘッドノードとなります。追加ノードは１ノードよりお求めいただけます。
*Fail Over Cluster - クラスタが可用性向上等のためフェイルオーバクラスタとして利用される場合、稼動中のサーバをアクティブノード、待機中のサーバをスタンバイノードと呼びます。 アクティブノードとスタンバイノードが全く同じ構成となり、通常はアクティブノードのみ外部と通信を行い、アクティブノードの障害時のみスタンバイノードが外部と
通信をするようなフェールオーバクラスタ構成をとる場合、スタンバイノードは無償で使用することが可能です。 *Fail Over Clusterはアクティブ-アクティブの構成のクラスタでは適用されません。
