HOW IT WORKS
Glyphosate enters plants through the foliage and moves systemically to the roots.
Glyphosate kills the weeds by stopping the function of an essential enzyme found in plants (but not humans or animals). Weeds die, roots and all. Kills only what you spray. Any product not absorbed by plant breaks down without moving in or on the soil to untreated plants. Weeds will begin browning and/or wilt within 3 hours with complete kill in 1 to 2 weeks. Diquat, the second active ingredient, enters the plant causing weeds to brown then yellow and wilt within 3 hours with complete kill in 1 to 2 weeks.

• On patios, walkways, & driveways, gravel, or mulch beds
• Around flower beds
• Around shrubs & trees
• Along fences
• Edging around foundations and retaining walls
• On wooded or vacant lots
• Plus other areas where weeds are a problem It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read and follow label instructions.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE HOW TO ASSEMBLE AND USE
1. Remove
• Open security lock from wand holder by pulling tab from locking knobs.
• Remove Comfort Wand® from side clip.
2. Connect 3. Extend
• Pull connector by slightly twisting from holder and unwrap hose completely.
• Remove protective strip from battery compartment to activate batteries.
4. Spray
• Insert plug at end of hose into spout on cap until it clicks.
Flip up spout.
Spout must remain up while spraying.
• Flip open Comfort Wand until it clicks and locks into position.
• Twist nozzle at end of Comfort Wand to desired spray pattern.
Ensure trigger lock is open by sliding the switch before spraying. Hold trigger for continuous spray.
Securely close battery compartment door and screw closed firmly. Always use a complete set of the same type when replacing batteries. Best performance is achieved with alkaline batteries. Never mix alkaline, carbon-zinc or rechargeable batteries. Dispose of used batteries according to manufacturer’s instructions or in household trash.
HOW TO APPLY
• Follow illustrations and/or instructions in the HOW TO ASSEMBLE AND USE section to prime the sprayer.
• When spot treating weeds around desirable plants, shield desirable plants from drift with a sheet of cardboard or plastic.
Rinse off immediately if desirable plants are sprayed accidentally.
• Spray the weeds or grasses you want to kill until thoroughly wet (or covered with foam).
IMPORTANT
• Spray only when air is calm to prevent drift to desirable plants.
• Do not spray desirable plants or grasses.
• Apply in a manner to minimize or avoid spray drift.
• Not recommended for spot weed control in lawns since this product kills lawn grasses.
WHEN TO APPLY
• Apply when weeds are actively growing.
• For best results, apply during warm, sunny weather above 60° F to accelerate systemic movement from foliage to roots.
Product is effective when applications are made under cool and cloudy conditions as low as 50° F.
• RAINPROOF: Rain or watering 10 minutes after application will NOT wash away effectiveness.
• Apply when weeds are small and before seeds form.
• Established hard to kill weeds may require a repeat application.
Application Restrictions:
Do not apply this product in a way that will contact any person or pet, either directly or through drift. It is not allowed that this product be used in a manner that can result in accidental exposure or movement beyond intended areas of use (i.e. neighboring yards, fence lines, etc.) due to drift.
Only persons applying this product may be in the area during application.
User Safety Recommendations:
• Wash clothing and protective equipment exposed to this product in detergent and hot water. Keep such items and wash separately from other laundry.
• Users should wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet.
• Users should remove clothing immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing.
• Users should remove protective equipment immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves before removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean clothing.
Important Use Information: Do not submerge in water. When storing sprayer for long periods, remove batteries.

After Use: Twist nozzle to OFF position. Engage trigger lock by sliding the switch. Flip the Comfort Wand to closed and store on the side clip with the wand up by slightly twisting back into position.

PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Do not reuse or refill this container unless the directions for use allow a concentrated product to be diluted in or ready-to-use product to be poured directly into the container. Reuse or refill this container according to the directions contained in the HOW TO REFILL section. If Empty: Rinse thoroughly and place in trash or offer for recycling if available. ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters or surface waters. Applying this product in calm weather and when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treatment area.
This product is toxic to aquatic invertebrates. Do not apply directly to water. Do not contaminate water when cleaning equipment or disposing of equipment wash waters.

Add 7 fl oz (14 Tbs) of Roundup® Concentrate Weed & Grass Killer Plus FastAct® Select then fill with water very slowly to avoid foaming.
HOW TO CLEAN
• Battery operated sprayer head may be used with other Roundup® brand products, it will replace any sprayer fitted with a quick-connect cap.
• Before using the Comfort Wand sprayer with other Roundup® brand products, clean the sprayer thoroughly.
• Disconnect sprayer unit from the bottle cap.
• Place ONLY the end of the sprayer hose into a bucket of water and spray continuously for 30 seconds onto bare soil or gravel. Rinse sprayer and hose with water 3 times. Spray rinse water on bare soil or gravel. Discard empty sprayer bottle as instructed in DISPOSAL section.
• Connect cleaned sprayer head to any Roundup® brand product with a quick-connect cap product bottle compatible with the battery sprayer.
• Failure to properly clean sprayer before using with other products can cause damage to your plants.

CÓMO RELLENAR

CÓMO LIMPIAR

• Rocíe las malezas o pastos que quiera eliminar hasta mojarlos bien.
IMPORTANTE

• No rocíe en las plantas o pastos deseables.
• Aplique de manera que se evite o reduzca a un mínimo el arrastre del rocío.
• No se recomienda para el control localizado de malezas en céspedes porque el glifosato mata el césped.
CUÁNDO APLICAR
• Aplique cuando las malezas estén en crecimiento activo.
• Para obtener mejores resultados, aplique cuando haya sol y calor y temperaturas superiores a los 60° F para acelerar el movimiento sistémico del follaje a las raíces. El producto es eficaz cuando se aplica en tiempo fresco y nublado y temperaturas tan bajas como los 50° F.

Quite las baterías usadas y sustitúyalas con cuatro baterías AA alcalinas nuevas en la posición correcta, según está marcado dentro del compartimiento de las baterías o en la ilustración.

IF IN EYES • Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters or surface waters. Applying this product in calm weather and when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treatment area.
This product is toxic to aquatic invertebrates. Do not apply directly to water. Do not contaminate water when cleaning equipment or disposing of equipment wash waters.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
PESTICIDE STORAGE: Flip down spout on cap. NO NEED TO DISCONNECT SPRAYER HOSE FROM CAP. Twist sprayer nozzle to the OFF position. Engage trigger lock. Flip the Comfort Wand closed and place sprayer back in side carrier clip.
Store this product in its original container, in a secure area away from sunlight. Keep from freezing.
PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Do not reuse or refill this container unless the directions for use allow a concentrated product to be diluted in or ready-to-use product to be poured directly into the container. Reuse or refill this container according to the directions contained in the HOW TO REFILL section. If Empty: Rinse thoroughly and place in trash or offer for recycling if available. If Partly Filled: Call your local solid waste agency or 1-800-246-7219 for disposal instructions. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.
