Anna always wakes up at six oʼclock in the morning. On school days, she does some exercise at six-thirty in the morning. On weekends, she always goes to a fitness center to exercise. She usually eats breakfast at seven oʼclock. She always eats vegetables and fruits with every meal. She always brushes her teeth after eating. She goes to bed at nine oʼclock in the evening. Anna does not smoke.

I have a very healthy morning routine. I always get up at five-fifteen and do exercise for half an hour. I usually go for a run from six-fifteen to six forty-five.
