ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to clarify what kind of Practical Knowledge the teachers of the special needs school for intellectual disabilities possess and how they are used in the process of planning classes. As a result of analyzing the utterance data of the process of planning classes at elementary school of special needs school, 25 Practical Knowledge is extracted and classified into 5 categories of the process of planning classes. In addition, Practical Knowledge used in the process of planning classes has differences and characteristics at each stage of intellectual level. It became clear that teachers are using Practical Knowledge characteristics caused by disability and based on the systematic nature of the goals and contents of the subject according to the actual situation of the children.
