GENERAL INFORMATION

TAZER is a unique blend of a highly refined and modified vegetable oil and superior nonionic organosilicone surfactant. TAZER’s distinctive chemistry allows for superior wetting and absorption of those pesticides or products whose labels recommend the addition of a spray adjuvant to improve coverage. The addition of TAZER to a spray tank solution will improve a spray application by physically modifying the deposition and wetting characteristics of the spray solution, resulting in a more consistent and uniform spray deposit. TAZER is labeled for use with pesticides in Agricultural Cropping Systems, Aquatic, Industrial, Rights of Way and Non-Cropland applications, Forestry, and Turf that recommended use of an oil-based adjuvant. TAZER replaces MSO or COC adjuvants where they are recommended on the proudct label.

The addition of TAZER to the spray solution has shown increased pesticidal activity, especially if the following conditions exist: 1) When used during periods of low relative humidity and high temperature.

2) When used with water volume rates below 15 GPA. 3) When target species exceed recommended size guidelines on the pesticide label. 4) When environmental conditions are less than favorable for the pesticide application.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Herbicide Application %v/v Rate per 100 gallons

Aerial .75% - 2.0% 6 - 16 pints

Ground: .38% - .63% 3 - 5 pints

Aquatic: .38% - .63% 3 - 5 pints

High Volume/Hand Held: .25% - .75% 2-6 pints Fungicide/Insecticide Application

Ground/Aerial: 1 - 2 pints

NOTE: When using less than 3 GPA spray solution, use 3 ounces of TAZER per acre. When spray solution exceeds 3 GPA, refer to the chart on the right or use a minimum of 4 ounces of TAZER per acre. Rates of TAZER may be altered for optimum results. Follow the pesticide label(s) for additional recommendations. The addition of a spray adjuvant to some pesticide or pesticide tank mix combinations may cause phototoxicity to

the foliage and/or fruit of susceptible crops. Before using TAZER where a nonionic surfactant may not be recommended the user or applicator advisor must have experience with the combination or must have conducted a phototoxicity trial.

MIXING: Prior to pesticide application, clean mixing and application equipment according to pesticide label directions. To minimize foaming fill spray tank 2/3 or 3/4 full of water. If foaming is anticipated, the addition of a Defoamer Concentrate should be added before pesticides, nutrients, or TAZER. Add pesticides and/or fertilizers as directed by label or in the following sequence:

a. Micronutrients and fertilizers b. Dry flowables and dispersible granules c. Flowables

d. Water soluble pesticides e. Emulsifiable concentrates

Continue agitation and add TAZER. After the addition of TAZER, reduce agitation and allow mixing for 1 to 2 minutes. Continue filling tank while under minimal agitation. Always follow pesticide manufacturer’s directions.

NOTE: For optimum results, spray mixes containing TAZER should be applied within 36 hours.

STORAGE and DISPOSAL

STORAGE: Keep container sealed when not in use. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames. Product will become thicker or solid at temperatures.

Freezing will not harm effectiveness of the product. Warm product before use.PRODUCT DISPOSAL: Wastes resulting from the use of this product must be disposed of on site at an approved waste disposal facility.

CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Triple rinse (or equivalent) adding rinsate to mix tank. Decontaminated containers may be disposed of in a sanitary landfill or by recycling. Recycling is the best option of container disposal.

The Agricultural Container Recycling Council (ACRC) operates the national recycling program. To contact your state and local ACRC recycler visit the ACRC web page at www.acrecycle.org.
