太径鉄筋リバーコンD51 の重ね継手に関する研究

要旨 : 本研究は,リバーコンD51を用いた重ね継手の付着性状やひびわれ性状を調査し,効果 的な重ね長さと補強方法を見い出すための実験研究である。両引試験により重ね長さと横 方向鉄筋量の影響を調べ,RCばりの曲げ試験により重ね長さと横方向鉄筋量に加えてせ ん断力の影響を調べた。両試験の結果,横方向鉄筋としてD16を15cm間隔に配置し, 重ね長さを25φとすれば設計応力に対して十分安全であることを確認した。さらにはり の曲げ試験では横方向鉄筋としてD16を10cm間隔に補強すれば,重ね長さ20φで もはりの最大耐力まで継手部が破壊しないことが確認された。 Synopsis :

Critical lap length and reinforcing method of lap splices for RIVER CON D51 were experimentally studied. The effect of lap length and lateral reinforcing method on bond and crack properties of lap splices was examined by axially loaded test, and the effect of shearing forces in addition to others mentioned above by flexure test. As a result of experiments it was made clear that, with bars of D16 arranged at intervals of 15cm as lateral reinforcement and the lap length of 25φ, the lap splices for RIVER CON D51 withstood the design load sufficiently. It was further confirmed by the flexure test that, with bars of D16 arranged at intervals of 10cm as lateral reinforcement, the lap splices were strong enough up to the ultimate load of the RC beam, even if the lap length was 20φ.
