利 用 上 の 注 意
この月報は、統計法に基づく経済産業省生産動態統計調査（基幹統計）
、石油製品需給動態統計調査（基幹統計）及び石
油輸入調査（一般統計）により実施された資源・エネルギーに関する生産及び石油製品の需給について、月次の調査結果を
編集公表するものです。
１．調査の対象
この月報に収録した調査票の種類及び調査の範囲は、次表のとおりです。
原油を輸入する全ての事業所 石油輸入調査票 石油輸入調査（一般統計） 経済産業省生産動態統計調査（基幹統計） 鉱物及びコークス月報 原油及び天然ガス月報 石油製品月報 全ての事業所 全ての事業所 調査票名 調査の範囲 全ての事業所 石油製品需給動態統計調査（基幹統計） 石油製品製造業者・輸入業者月報 石油製品の製造業者、輸入業者若しくは特定石油販売 業者又は原油受入れ業者に属する全ての事業所 ただし石灰石は従業者１０人以上の事業所２．調査項目の定義について
この月報の主な調査事項の定義は次のとおりです。
(1) 生産：調査の対象事業所（以下「調査対象」という。）が、国内で実際に生産（受託生産を含む。）した数量をいいま
す。
(2) 消費：調査対象が他の製品の原材料、加工用及び燃料として消費した数量をいいます。
(3) 出荷：調査対象及び調査対象が契約の主体となって借受けている倉庫又は保管場所から、実際に出荷した数量をいい
ます。
(4) 在庫：調査対象及び調査対象が契約の主体となって借受けている倉庫又は保管場所に、実際に保管してある数量をい
います。
(5) 輸入：調査対象が国内（国内の保税地域向けを除く。）に輸入した数量をいいます。
(6) 輸出：調査対象が国外（国内の保税地域向けを含む。）に輸出した数量をいいます。
(7) 国内向販売：調査対象が調査対象以外（消費、卸売又は小売事業所）へ販売した数量（理論値）をいいます。
(8) 労務：月末従事者数
実際に生産及び管理その他の業務に常時従事する従事者数（出向者、派遣労働者を含む）をいいます。

(1) この月報で使用している記号の区分は下記のとおりです。
「０」は単位未満 「－」は実績なし 「…」は不詳
「ｒ」は訂正 「ｘ」は秘匿 「▲」はマイナス
(2) この月報に掲載された統計を他に転載するときは、必ず経済産業省「資源・エネルギー統計月報」による旨を明記し
てください。

Utilization
The objective of this monthly report is to compile and publish the results of the monthly surveys concerning the production of mineral resources and the supply of and demand for petroleum products, which are conducted under METI’s regulations for the Current Production Statistics Survey (Fundamental Statistics), the Current Survey of Petroleum Products Supply and Demand (Fundamental Statistics) based on the Statistics Law and the Oil imports survey (general Statistics) .
1. Subject of the survey
The kinds of survey sheets and scope of the survey in this monthly report are as in the following table.

2. Definition of survey items
The definitions of key survey items referred to in this report are as follows:
(1) Production: The quantity actually produced (including produced as a consignee) by the establishment that is the object of the survey (hereafter, ‘the survey object’).
(2) Consumption: The quantity of products consumed as materials, process goods and fuels in the survey object.
(3) Shipment: The quantity of products actually shipped from the survey object’s warehouse or rental warehouse used mainly by the survey object.
(4)
Inventory: The quantity actually stored in the survey object’s warehouses and rental warehouses used mainly by the survey object.(5) Import: The quantity that the survey object imported from foreign countries (not including bonded areas in the country). (6) Export: The quantity that the survey object exported to foreign countries (including bonded areas in the country).
(7) Domestic Sales: The quantity that the survey object sold to other than the survey object (consumers, wholesalers and retailers) (a theoretical value).
(8) Labor：Number of persons engaged at the end of month
The number of employees that actuary and regularly engage in production, management or other operations (including the dispatched workers)
