Purpose Revision details in the GLChapter
1 Responding to integration of Renault and Nissan's environmental technology standards
Renault and Nissan integrated Engineering standards and issued RNES (Renault Nissan Engineering Standard). According to this
standard, please handle prohibited substances and controlled substances.
4.1.1 4.2.1 2 Request of “E-File” submission to confirm environmental activity system in supplier selection process
We are expanding the confirmation of our
environmental activities with suppliers through
"E-File"*1 from the law-enforcement countries
to the global world.
In order to facilitate the smooth operation of this work, we stated the main points on the process. Please submit E-File timely.
*1:Suppliers evaluation questioner about chemical substances management in supplier selection process
Requirement
・Environmental management and data submission
Please ensure compliance with following requirements.
1. Establish and operate Environmental management
• Comply with environmental laws and standards including Renault-Nissan Engineering Standards (RNES-B00027, etc.)
• Establish environmental management system (ISO14001 or external certification, etc.)
• Assign responsible persons in charge of environmental management, environment-impacting substances, IMDS and REACH regulation.
• Promote environmental data management regarding CO2, energy , water and waste, etc. including target setting for CO2 emission and actual achievement. • Promote supply chain management including Tier-2, -3 and farther upstream
