2(ee) Recommendation
THIS 2(ee) RECOMMENDATION IS FOR DISTRIBUTION AND USE IN THE STATES OF CALIFORNIA, CONNECTICUT, DELAWARE, IDAHO, INDIANA, MASSACHUSETTS, MARYLAND, MAINE, MICHIGAN, NEVADA, NEW JERSEY, OHIO, OREGON,
PENNSYLVANIA, RHODE ISLAND, UTAH, VERMONT, VIRGINIA, WASHINGTON AND WISCONSIN.
IT IS A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW TO USE THIS PRODUCT IN A MANNNER INCONSISTENT WITH ITS LABELING.
This product bulletin contains new or additional directions for use which are recommended by Loveland Products, Inc. under FIFRA Section 2(ee).
CROP PEST RATE OF APPLICATION
Grape. Includes: Table Grape, Raisin, Wine and Muscadine grape.
Spotted Wing Drosophila 2.4 to 3.2 fl oz/A
Directions for use:
For preventative use to break life cycle of and further re-infestation after adult emergence. This product aids in the control of Spotted Wing Drosophila infestations by targeting adults.
Tombstone Helios may be tank-mixed with other pesticides or liquid fertilizers. A jar test for compatibility is suggested before mixing to apply to a commercial field.
When to Apply:
Apply as a foliar spray, targeting adult growth stage. Reapply as necessary but no closer than a 14-day interval.
Restrictions:
Do not apply within 3 days of harvest.
Maximum product allowed per 14-day interval: 3.2 fl oz/A (or 0.05 lbs ai/A).
Maximum product allowed per crop season: 12.8 fl oz/A (or 0.2 lbs ai/A).
Minimum application volume (water): 50 GPA – ground; 25 GPA – aerial application.

INSECTICIDE, EPA REG. NO. 34704-978 LABEL MUST BE FOLLOWED. THE TOMBSTONE HELIOS SECTION 3 LABEL MUST BE IN THE POSSESSION OF THE USER AT THE TIME OF PESTICIDE APPLICATION.
