ÎÑÎÁÎ ÈÇÓ×ÈÒÅ È ÂÛÏÎË-ÍßÉÒÅ ÓÊÀÇÀÍÈß ÏÎ ÝÊÑÏËÓÀÒÀÖÈÈ ÐÓÆÜß, ÑÎÄÅÐÆÀÙÈÅÑß Â ÐÀÇÄÅËÀÕ 6.1, 6.2 è 6.4 ÍÀ-ÑÒÎßÙÅÃÎ ÏÀÑÏÎÐÒÀ. 1.1 Ïðèñòóïàÿ ê ýêñïëóàòàöèè ðóæüÿ, âíèìàòåëü-íî èçó÷èòå ïàñïîðò. Íàñòîÿùèé ïàñïîðò êðàòêî çíà-êîìèò ñ îñíîâíûìè òåõíè÷åñêèìè õàðàêòåðèñòèêàìè, óñòðîéñòâîì è ïðàâèëàìè ýêñïëóàòàöèè ðóæüÿ. 1.2  ñâÿçè ñ ïîñòîÿííîé ðàáîòîé ïî ñîâåðøåí-ñòâîâàíèþ ðóæüÿ, ïîâûøàþùåé åãî íàäåæíîñòü è óëó÷øàþùåé ýêñïëóàòàöèîííûå ñâîéñòâà, â êîíñòðóê-öèþ ìîãóò áûòü âíåñåíû èçìåíåíèÿ, íå îòðàæåííûå â íàñòîÿùåì ïàñïîðòå. 1 . 3 È í ô î ð ì à ö è ÿ î á è ç ã î ò î â è ò å ë å 1.3.1 Ðóæüå ÌÐ-153 èçãîòîâëåíî Ôåäåðàëüíûì ãîñóäàðñòâåííûì óíèòàðíûì ïðåäïðèÿòèåì “Èæåâ-ñêèé ìåõàíè÷å“Èæåâ-ñêèé çàâîä”. 1.3.2 Àäðåñ èçãîòîâèòåëÿ: 426063, Ðîññèÿ, ã. Èæåâñê, óë. Ïðîìûøëåííàÿ, 8, Ôåäåðàëüíîå ãîñó-äàðñòâåííîå óíèòàðíîå ïðåäïðèÿòèå “Èæåâñêèé ìå-õàíè÷åñêèé çàâîä”. 2 ÎÑÍÎÂÍÛÅ ÑÂÅÄÅÍÈß ÎÁ ÈÇÄÅËÈÈ 2 . 1 Í à ç í à ÷ å í è å è è ñ ï î ë í å í è ÿ ð ó æ ü ÿ Ì Ð - 1 5 3 2.1.1 Ðóæüå îõîòíè÷üå ñàìîçàðÿäíîå ÌÐ-153 ïðåäíàçíà÷åíî äëÿ ðàçëè÷íûõ âèäîâ îõîòû, çàíÿòèé ñïîðòîì, äëÿ ñàìîîáîðîíû ãðàæäàí è çàùèòû èõ èìóùåñòâà.

2.1.2  çàâèñèìîñòè îò äëèíû ïàòðîííèêà ðóæüå ÌÐ-153 èìååò äâà èñïîëíåíèÿ: - ñ äëèíîé ïàòðîííèêà 89 ìì; - ñ äëèíîé ïàòðîííèêà 76 ìì. 2.1.3 Äëÿ ñòðåëüáû èç ðóæüÿ ÌÐ-153 ñ äëèíîé ïàòðîííèêà 89 ìì ìîãóò ïðèìåíÿòüñÿ ïàòðîíû 12 êà-ëèáðà ñ äëèíîé ãèëüçû îò 70 äî 89 ìì, à ñ äëèíîé ïàòðîííèêà 76 ìì - îò 70 äî 76 ìì. Íå èñïîëüçóéòå ïàòðîíû ñ ìåòàëëè÷åñêîé ãèëüçîé. 2.1.4  çàâèñèìîñòè îò êîíñòðóêöèè è ðàçìåðîâ äóëüíûõ ñóæåíèé, ðóæüå èìååò òðè èñïîëíåíèÿ: - ñ ïîñòîÿííûì äóëüíûì ñóæåíèåì; - ñî ñìåííûìè äóëüíûìè ñóæåíèÿìè äëÿ ñâèí-öîâîé äðîáè (ìàðêèðîâêà ñóæåíèé “Lead”); - ñî ñìåííûìè äóëüíûìè ñóæåíèÿìè äëÿ ñòàëü-íîé äðîáè (ìàðêèðîâêà ñóæåíèé “Steel”). Ðóæüå ñî ñìåííûìè äóëüíûìè ñóæåíèÿìè íà ñòâîëå èìååò ìàðêèðîâêó “Mob”. Ðóæüå, ïðåäíàçíà÷åííîå äëÿ ñòðåëüáû ñòàëü-íîé äðîáüþ, íà ñòâîëå èìååò êëåéìî ñîãëàñíî ðè-ñóíêó 7. 2.2 Ðóæüå îõîòíè÷üå ñàìîçàðÿäíîå ÌÐ-153 ñî-îòâåòñòâóåò ÒÓ 7186-028-07539044-98,ÃÎÑÒ Ð 50529-93, êðèìèíàëèñòè÷åñêèì òðåáîâàíèÿì ÌÂÄ Ðîññèè è ïðèçíàíî ãîäíûì äëÿ ýêñïëóàòàöèè. Ðóæüå îõîòíè÷üå ñàìîçàðÿäíîå ÌÐ-153 ñåðòèôè-öèðîâàíî íà ñîîòâåòñòâèå òðåáîâàíèÿì áåçîïàñíîñòè: - ñåðòèôèêàò äëÿ êàëèáðà 12õ76 - ÐÎÑÑ RU.ÌÆ03.Â00546, ñðîê äåéñòâèÿ ñ 13.02.2003 ïî 12.02.2006; - ñåðòèôèêàò äëÿ êàëèáðà 12õ89 - ÐÎÑÑ RU.ÌÆ03.Â00001, ñðîê äåéñòâèÿ ñ 21.04.2003 ïî 20.04.2006. Ñåðòèôèêàòû âûäàíû Îðãàíîì ïî ñåðòèôèêàöèè ãðàæäàíñêîãî è ñëóæåáíîãî îðóæèÿ è ïàòðîíîâ ê íåìó Óäìóðòñêîãî ÖÑÌ, ðåãèñòðàöèîííûé íîìåð ÐÎÑÑ RU.0001.11ÌÆ03. 2 . 3 Ó ñ ò ð î é ñ ò â î è ï ð è í ö è ï ð à á î ò û 2.3.1 Ðóæüå ÌÐ-153 ñîñòîèò èç ñëåäóþùèõ îñ-íîâíûõ óçëîâ: - ñòâîëà ñ ãàçîâîé êàìåðîé è ðåãóëÿòîðîì ñêî-ðîñòè îòêàòà ïîäâèæíûõ ÷àñòåé; - êîðîáêè ñ ïîäñòâîëüíûì ìàãàçèíîì è ïåðåõâà-òûâàòåëåì; - ïîäâèæíîé ñèñòåìû ðóæüÿ, â êîòîðóþ âõîäÿò ïîðøåíü, òÿãà â ñáîðå, ðóêîÿòêà ïåðåçàðÿæàíèÿ è çàò-âîð â ñáîðå ñ êëèíîì; - âîçâðàòíîé ïðóæèíû; - óäàðíî-ñïóñêîâîãî ìåõàíèçìà (ÓÑÌ); - ïðèêëàäà; - öåâüÿ. 2.3.2 Äëÿ ïîâûøåíèÿ êîððîçèîííîé ñòîéêîñòè êàíàë è ïàòðîííèê ñòâîëà, à òàêæå äåòàëè ãàçîâîãî äâèãàòåëÿ (ïîðøåíü, ãàçîâàÿ êàìåðà) õðîìèðîâàíû, à êëàïàí èçãîòîâëåí èç íåðæàâåþùåé ñòàëè. 2.3.3 Ðàáîòà ìåõàíèçìà ïåðåçàðÿæàíèÿ ðóæüÿ ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ àâòîìàòè÷åñêè çà ñ÷åò ýíåðãèè ïîðî-õîâûõ ãàçîâ, îòâîäèìûõ ÷åðåç ãàçîîòâîäíûå îòâåð-ñòèÿ, ñîåäèíÿþùèå êàíàë ñòâîëà ñ ðàáî÷åé êàìåðîé ãàçîâîãî äâèãàòåëÿ, ðàñïîëîæåííîé íà ñòâîëå, à òàê-æå çà ñ÷åò ýíåðãèè âîçâðàòíîé ïðóæèíû, ðàñïîëî-æåííîé íà òðóáêå ìàãàçèíà.

2.3.4 Ðåãóëÿòîð ñêîðîñòè îòêàòà ïîäâèæíûõ ÷à-ñòåé ñìîíòèðîâàí â ãàçîâîé êàìåðå è ñîñòîèò (ñì. ðèñóíîê 2) èç êëàïàíà 6, ïðóæèíû êëàïàíà 5 è ãàéêè êàìåðû 4. Ðåãóëÿòîð ñêîðîñòè ïîçâîëÿåò ïðèìåíÿòü ïàòðîíû ñ ðàçëè÷íûìè õàðàêòåðèñòèêàìè, à òàêæå êîìïåíñèðîâàòü âëèÿíèå òåìïåðàòóðíûõ óñëîâèé ýê-ñïëóàòàöèè ðóæüÿ çà ñ÷åò ñáðîñà èçáûòî÷íîãî äàâ-ëåíèÿ ïîðîõîâûõ ãàçîâ èç êàìåðû â àòìîñôåðó. 2.3.5 Çàòâîð ïðîäîëüíî-ñêîëüçÿùèé, çàïèðàíèå ñòâîëà îñóùåñòâëÿåòñÿ áîåâûì óïîðîì êëèíà, ðàñïî-ëîæåííîãî â çàòâîðå è ïîäíèìàþùåãîñÿ â êðàéíåì ïåðåäíåì ïîëîæåíèè ïðè ïîìîùè òÿãè. Áîåâîé óïîð êëèíà âõîäèò â ñîîòâåòñòâóþùóþ âûåìêó â ìóôòå ñòâîëà. 2.3.6 Óäàðíî-ñïóñêîâîé ìåõàíèçì ñìîíòèðîâàí íà îòäåëüíîì îñíîâàíèè è ïîçâîëÿåò ïðîèçâîäèòü òîëüêî îäèíî÷íûå âûñòðåëû. 2.3.7 Ðóæüå èìååò êíîïî÷íûé ïðåäîõðàíèòåëü, ðàñïîëîæåííûé â êîðïóñå óäàðíî-ñïóñêîâîãî ìåõà-íèçìà (ðèñóíîê 3). 2.3.8 Ðóæüå èìååò ìåõàíèçì îñòàíîâà çàòâîðà â çàäíåì ïîëîæåíèè ïðè èçðàñõîäîâàíèè ïàòðîíîâ. 2.3.9 Ìåõàíèçìû ðóæüÿ ðàáîòàþò ñëåäóþùèì îáðàçîì: - ïðè ïðîèçâîäñòâå âûñòðåëà, îäíîâðåìåííî ñ óäàðîì ïî óäàðíèêó, êóðîê, âîçäåéñòâóÿ íà óäåðæè-âàòåëü, îñâîáîæäàåò ïåðåõâàòûóäåðæè-âàòåëü, è ïðîèñõîäèò ïîäà÷à ïàòðîíà èç ìàãàçèíà íà ëîòîê; - ïðè äâèæåíèè ïîðøíÿ ñ òÿãîé íàçàä, ïîä äåé-ñòâèåì ïîðîõîâûõ ãàçîâ, ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ îòïèðàíèå êàíàëà ñòâîëà çà ñ÷åò äåéñòâèÿ òÿãè íà êëèí, â äàëü-íåéøåì ïðîèñõîäèò ñîâìåñòíîå äâèæåíèå âñåé ïîäâèæíîé ñèñòåìû - ïîðøíÿ, òÿãè, çàòâîðà ñ êëèíîì; - ïðè õîäå íàçàä ïîäâèæíîé ñèñòåìû ïðîèñõî-äèò èçâëå÷åíèå ãèëüçû èç ïàòðîííèêà, óäàëåíèå ãèëü-çû çà ïðåäåëû êîðîáêè, âçâåäåíèå êóðêà; - ïðè õîäå âïåðåä ïîäâèæíîé ñèñòåìû, ïîä äåé-ñòâèåì âîçâðàòíîé ïðóæèíû, ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ ïîäúåì ëîòêà ñ ïàòðîíîì è äîñûëàíèå ïàòðîíà â ïàòðîííèê; - ïðè ïðèõîäå çàòâîðà â ïåðåäíåå ïîëîæåíèå ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ çàïèðàíèå êàíàëà ñòâîëà ïóòåì ïîäíÿ-òèÿ êëèíà â âûåìêó ìóôòû çà ñ÷åò äîïîëíèòåëüíîãî ïåðåìåùåíèÿ òÿãè ñ ïîðøíåì âïåðåä. Ðóæüå ãîòîâî äëÿ ñëåäóþùåãî âûñòðåëà; - ïðè èçðàñõîäîâàíèè ïàòðîíîâ â ìàãàçèíå, ïëå âûñòðåëà ïîñïëåäíèì ïàòðîíîì, çàòâîð äîëæåí îñ-òàíîâèòüñÿ íà îñòàíîâå çàòâîðà â êðàéíåì çàäíåì ïîëîæåíèè.

Íå ïðèìåíÿéòå ñìåñü äûìíîãî è áåçäûìíîãî ïîðîõîâ! 6.1.6 Íå ñòðåëÿéòå ïàòðîíàìè è ïîðîõàìè, õðà-íèâøèìèñÿ áîëåå 4 ëåò. 6.1.7 Êàòåãîðè÷åñêè çàïðåùàåòñÿ ïðèìåíåíèå ëþáûõ íåîõîòíè÷üèõ ïîðîõîâ, ò.ê. ýòî ìîæåò ïðèâåñ-òè ê ðàçäóïðèâåñ-òèÿì è ðàçðûâàì ñòâîëà. 6.1.8 Çàïðåùàåòñÿ ñïðåññîâûâàòü çàðÿä èç áåç-äûìíîãî îõîòíè÷üåãî ïîðîõà. 6.1.9 Íå ñòðåëÿéòå ïóëåé, äèàìåòð òåëà êîòîðîé áîëüøå äèàìåòðà êàíàëà ñòâîëà â çîíå äóëüíîãî ñóæå-íèÿ. Äèàìåòð êðóãëîé ïóëè äîëæåí áûòü íà 0,2...0,3 ìì ìåíüøå äèàìåòðà äóëüíîãî ñóæåíèÿ. Äèàìåòð ïóëè ñ íàðóæíûìè ðåáðàìè äîëæåí áûòü íà 0,1...0,2 ìì ìåíü-øå äèàìåòðà êàíàëà ñòâîëà, à äèàìåòð òåëà òàêîé ïóëè - íà 0,8...1,0 ìì ìåíüøå äèàìåòðà äóëüíîãî ñóæåíèÿ. Çàïðåùàåòñÿ ïðèìåíåíèå ïàòðîíîâ, ñíàðÿæåííûõ ïóëåé, åñëè ïóëÿ âûñòóïàåò íàä òîðöåì çàêàòàííîé ãèëüçû, âî èçáåæàíèå èíåðöèîííîãî íàêîëà êàïñþëÿ âïåðåäè ñòîÿùåãî ïàòðîíà â ìàãàçèíå. Ïðè ñàìîñòîÿòåëüíîì ñíàðÿæåíèè ïàòðîíîâ òùà-òåëüíî çàêðåïëÿéòå ïóëþ â ïàòðîíå äëÿ ïðåäîòâðà-ùåíèÿ ñäâèãà ïóëè èëè âûïàäåíèÿ åå èç ïàòðîíà â ïîëîñòü ìàãàçèíà ïðè ñòðåëüáå. 6.1.10 Ñëåäèòå çà êà÷åñòâîì ñíàðÿæåíèÿ ïàòðî-íîâ, ÷òîáû èçáåæàòü âûïàäåíèÿ äðîáè èç ãèëüçû â êàíàë ñòâîëà è âûçûâàåìûõ ýòèì ìåñòíûõ “ãîðîõî-îáðàçíûõ” ðàçäóòèé ñòâîëà ïðè âûñòðåëå. Òùàòåëü-íî ôèêñèðóéòå êàðòîííóþ ïðîêëàäêó äðîáîâîãî ñíà-ðÿäà ïðè ïðèìåíåíèè ìåòàëëè÷åñêèõ ãèëüç. Áóìàæ-íûå ãèëüçû èñïîëüçóéòå òîëüêî îäèí ðàç, íå ïåðå-ñíàðÿæàéòå ïàòðîíû çàâîäñêîãî èçãîòîâëåíèÿ. 6.1.11 Îñìîòðèòå ñòâîë ðóæüÿ ïåðåä çàðÿæàíè-åì: íå çàáèò ëè îí ñíåãîì, ãðÿçüþ, ëåñíûì ñîðîì. Ñòðåëüáà èç ðóæüÿ ñ çàñîðåííûì êàíàëîì ìîæåò âûçâàòü ðàçäóòèå è äàæå ðàçðûâ ñòâîëîâ. 6.1.12 Ïðè ñáîðêå ðóæüÿ ïîñëå ÷èñòêè, ñìàçêè ïðîâåðÿéòå ñâîáîäíîå ïåðåìåùåíèå â çàòâîðå è âîç-âðàò óäàðíèêà ïîä äåéñòâèåì ïðóæèíû. Ïðîâåðêó ïðîèçâîäèòå â ñîáðàííîì ðóæüå ñî ñíÿòûì ÓÑÌ, íàæèìàÿ íà çàäíèé òîðåö óäàðíèêà. 6.1.13 ÂÍÈÌÀÍÈÅ! ÏÐÈ ÎÑÅ×ÊÅ ÏÐÎÈÇÂÎ-ÄÈÒÜ ÏÅÐÅÇÀÐ߯ÀÍÈÅ ÐÓÆÜß ÍÅ ÐÀÍÅÅ, ×ÅÌ ×ÅÐÅÇ 30...40 ñåê.

Ðóæüå ãîòîâî äëÿ âûñòðåëà. 6.2.5 Äëÿ èçâëå÷åíèÿ ïàòðîíà èç ïàòðîííèêà îò-âåäèòå çàòâîð íàçàä äî îòðàæåíèÿ ïàòðîíà, ïðè ýòîì ïîäà÷à ïàòðîíà èç ìàãàçèíà íà ëîòîê íå ïðîèçîéäåò, à çàòâîð íå âñòàíåò íà îñòàíîâ çàòâîðà. Äëÿ ñíÿòèÿ ñèëüíîé îñâèíöîâêè ìîæ-íî ïðèìåíÿòü ñåòêó èëè ùåòêó èç òîíêîé ëàòóíìîæ-íîé ïðîâîëîêè, íàâèí÷åííîé íà øîìïîë è ãóñòî ñìàçàí-íîé ðóæåéñìàçàí-íîé ñìàçêîé. 6.3.5.3 Ïðè ÷èñòêå ñòâîëà òàêæå íåîáõîäèìî ïðîèçâîäèòü ñìàçêó ðåçüáû â ñòâîëå ïîä ñìåííîå äóëüíîå ñóæåíèå è íà ñàìîì äóëüíîì ñóæåíèè ðó-æåéíûì ìàñëîì. 6.3.5.4 Ïðè ÷èñòêå ðóæüÿ íåîáõîäèìî óäàëÿòü

íàãàð ñ äåòàëåé ãàçîâîé êàìåðû: èç ïîëîñòè ãàçîâîé êàìåðû, ñ ïîðøíÿ, ñ ïîâåðõíîñòè òðóáêè ìàãàçèíà. Äëÿ ÷èñòêè îò íàãàðà ïðèìåíÿòü ðóæåéíîå ìàñ-ëî èëè ñïåöèàëüíûå æèäêîñòè äëÿ ñíÿòèÿ íàãàðà. Íå äîïóñêàåòñÿ ïðèìåíåíèå äëÿ ÷èñòêè îò íàãà-ðà àáíàãà-ðàçèâíûõ ìàòåðèàëîâ èëè ìåòàëëè÷åñêèõ ïðåä-ìåòîâ, êðîìå ëàòóííîé ñåòêè. 6.3.5.5 Ñìàçêó äåòàëåé ðóæüÿ ïðîèçâîäèòü òîí-êèì ñëîåì, îñîáåííî ïðè ýêñïëóàòàöèè ðóæüÿ ïðè îò-ðèöàòåëüíîé òåìïåðàòóðå âî èçáåæàíèå çàãóñòåâà-íèÿ ñìàçêè. Ïðàâèëüíî óñòàíîâëåííîå ñìåííîå äóëüíîå ñó-æåíèå äîëæíî ðàñïîëîæèòüñÿ çàïîäëèöî èëè íåìíî-ãî óòîïàòü îòíîñèòåëüíî äóëüíîíåìíî-ãî ñðåçà ñòâîëà. Óäëèíåííîå äóëüíîå ñóæåíèå ââèí÷èâàåòñÿ äî óïîðà çàäíåãî òîðöà â óñòóï â êàíàëå ñòâîëà, ïðè ýòîì îáÿ-çàòåëüíî äîëæåí îñòàòüñÿ çàçîð ìåæäó òîðöîì ñòâîëà è âûñòóïàþùåé öèëèíäðè÷åñêîé ÷àñòüþ äóëüíîãî ñó-æåíèÿ; - ïîñëå ââèí÷èâàíèÿ ñìåííîãî äóëüíîãî ñóæå-íèÿ îñìîòðèòå êàíàë ñòâîëà ñî ñòîðîíû äóëüíîãî ñðåçà, ïðè ýòîì äîëæíî áûòü âèäíî êîëüöî â ìåñòå ñîïðÿæåíèÿ òîðöà ñóæåíèÿ è óñòóïà â êàíàëå ñòâîëà, òî åñòü ïîâåðõíîñòü êàíàëà ñòâîëà äîëæíà âûñòó-ïàòü íàä ïîâåðõíîñòüþ ñìåííîãî äóëüíîãî ñóæåíèÿ. 1.1 Before using the shotgun, familiarize yourself with the Owner’s Manual. It contains the basic specifications, warnings, design description and operation of the shotgun.

1.2 Since the shotgun design is constantly refined to improve its reliability and performance, specifications are subject to change without special notice in this Owner’s Manual.

2 BASIC DATA

2 . 1 P u r p o s e a n d V e r s i o n s

2.1.1 The MP-153 Semi-Automatic Shotgun is designed for various kinds of hunting, personal and home defense.

2.1.2 Depending on a chamber length, the MP-153 may come in two versions:

- a version having a 89 mm chamber and - a version having a 76 mm chamber.

2.1.3 The MP-153 shotgun using a 89 mm chamber can handle 12 ga, 70 mm, 76 mm and 89 mm shotshells and 12 ga, 70 mm or 76 mm shotshells if it uses a 76 mm chamber. Do not use metal shell cases.

2.1.4 Depending on a design and choke system, the shotgun may come in three versions:

- a fixed choke version;

- a version coming with interchangeable choke tubes for lead shot (marked with the word “Lead”);

- a version coming with interchangeable choke tubes for steel shot (marked with the word “Steel”).

A shotgun coming with interchangeable choke tubes is marked with the word “Mob” applied to the shotgun barrel.

A shotgun version intended for firing steel shot is marked as shown in Fig. 7.

2.2 The MP-153 Semi-Automatic Shotgun complies with the state standard ÃÎÑÒ P 50529-93 and meets the criminalistical requirements of the Russian Ministry of

Internal Affairs and found fit for service.

The MP-153 Semi-Automatic Shotgun has been certified for compliance with the safety requirements and carries the following Safety Certificates:

- POCC RU.ÌÆ03.B00546 for the 12GA/76 mm shotgun which validity is from February, 13, 2003 to February 12, 2006.

- POCC RU.ÌÆ03.B00001 for the 12GA/89 mm shotgun which validity is from April 21, 2003 to April 20, 2006.

These Safety Certificates have been granted by the Agency for Certification of Civil and Service Weapon and Ammunition at the Udmurt Center of Standardization and Metrology registered under the reg. no. POCC RU.0001.11ÌÆ03.

2 . 3 D e s i g n a n d P r i n c i p l e o f O p e r a t i o n 2.3.1 The MP-153 Semi-Atomatic Shotgun consists of the following basic units:

- a barrel with a gas cylinder and retraction speed control for a movable system;

- a receiver with an underbarrel tube and interceptor;

- a movable system consisting of a piston, slide block assy, bolt handle and bolt with bolt lock;

- a recoil spring; - a trigger assembly; - a stock and - a forend.

2.3.2 For ensuring high corrosion resistance, the barrel bore, chamber and gas system parts (piston, gas cylinder) are chrome-plated and the valve is made of

stainless steel.

2.3.3 The reloading system of the shotgun operates by bleeding powder gases through the gas bleeding holes which connect the barrel bore with the gas cylinder fixed to the barrel and by the recoil spring mounted on the magazine tube.

2.3.4 The retraction speed control for the movable system is mounted inside the gas cylinder and consists of the valve 6, valve spring 5 and gas cylinder nut 4. This retraction speed control allows the usage of various brands of ammunition by bleeding excess powder gas out of the gas cylinder into the air and also compensates for the effect of an ambient temperature.

2.3.5 The bolt slides in a straight line. The barrel is locked by means of a locking lug located on the top of the bolt. This locking lug being fully in the forward position can be moved upward under the action of the slide block. The locking lug enters the corresponding recess cut into the barrel extension.

2.3.6 The trigger assembly is mounted on a separate base and allows firing only single shots.

2.3.7 The shotgun features a button safety located in the trigger housing (Fig. 3).

2.3.8 The shotgun incorporates a bolt stop to lock the bolt in the rear position when all shotshells are spent. 2.3.9 The shotgun mechanisms operate as described below:

- on discharge of the shotgun, the hammer strikes a blow against the firing pin allowing the interceptor catch to release the interceptor for feeding a shotshell from the magazine onto the elevator;

- the powder gases push the piston and slide block rearward to unlock the barrel bore by the action of the slide block on the bolt lock; then the piston, slide block, bolt lock and bolt moves back together;

- as the movable system goes rearward, a shotshell case is extracted from the chamber and out of the receiver and the hammer cocks;

- as the movable system moves forward, the recoil spring lifts the elevator with a live shotshell for feeding this shotshell into the chamber;

- when the bolt takes its forward position, the barrel bore is locked by the locking lug which engages the recess cut in the barrel extension during further movement of the slide block with piston forward. The shotgun is now ready for shooting;

- the bolt locks in the back position after the last shotshell has been fired from the magazine.

After expiration of the preservation period, the shotgun should be represerved.

The shotgun must be stored in locked-in rooms or in other air-ventilated places under various macroclimatic conditions.

6 USAGE NOTES

6 . 1 S a f e t y P r e c a u t i o n s

6.1.1 Though any firearm has various safety devices, it may become dangerous, if carelessly handled. That is why follow all recommended safety rules and always keep in mind that ignorance of these rules may lead to tragical results.

6.1.2 Always treat your shotgun as if it is loaded and ready for fire.

6.1.3 Do not fire shotshells with stell length exceeding the chamber length marked on the barrel, as it may cause defects like a burst barrel.

6.1.4 WARNING!

TO AVOID THE DAMAGE OF THE FIXED CHOKE O R I N T E R C H A N G E A B L E C H O K E T U B E S ( I F AVAILABLE) AND LOCATION IN THE BARREL WHERE THE CHOKE TUBE THREAD INTO, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:

- USE STEEL SHOT ONLY FOR A SHOTGUN HAVING THE MARKING SHOWN IN FIG. 7;

- USE STEEL SHOT ONLY FOR A CHOKE TUBE WHICH IS MARKED WITH THE WORD “STEEL”;

Choke tubes marked with the word “Lead” can be used only for firing lead shot.

6.1.5 Reloading ammunition follow reccomendations of powder manufacturers.

Do not blend smokeless and black powders! 6.1.6 Do not fire shotshells and powders which have been in storage for more than 4 years.

6.1.7 Use hunting brands of powder only, othewise barrels will bulge or burst.

6.1.8 Do not compress the charge of hunting smokeless powder.

6.1.9 Do not fire a slug which body diameter exceeds the barrel bore diameter at the choke area.

A round slug should be 0.2-0.3 mm smaller in diameter than the barrel bore at the choke area.

A slug with outer fins should be 0.1-0.2 mm smaller in diameter than the barrel bore , and the body of this slug should be 0.8-1.0 mm smaller in diameter than the barrel bore at the choke area.

Do not use a shotshell with a slug protruded from the crimped shotshell to avoid inertia priming of the next shotshell in the magazine.

Reloading ammunition, make sure the slug seats fully in the shell to avoid its movement inside the shell or falling it out of the shell into the magazine in shooting. 6.1.10 To avoid local “bean-like” bulges which may be caused by the shot accidentally escaped from a shell case into the barrel bore, use shotshells with properly loaded components.

6.1.11 Inspect the barrel bore before loading to check if it is clogged with snow, dirt or debris. Firing with a clogged barrel bore may cause a bulged or burst barrel.
