による血祭コーチゾール値ならびに   血糖値の変化について

要   約  

乳牛の血中コーチゾール値ならびに血糖値巷測定す   る場合の血液採取方法を検討するため，乳牛に採血刺  

艶乳頭圧迫刺激ならびに搾乳刺激を加え，．血中コー  

チゾール値および血糖値の変化を敏幸した。   

人に良く慣れている乳牛g頭を3群に分け，留置カ   テーテルを用いて1分間隔で蓮続採血を行った。乳頭   庄迫刺激は留置カテーテル刺入と同時に10分間，搾乳   刺激は留置カテーテル別人と同時に洗浄3分間，搾乳  

3〜4分間加えた。   

採血刺激により10分後に血蟹コーチゾール値は平均   4．6ng／mlから10．9ng／mlに上乳乳頭刺激によ   り8−J3分後に平均4．4ng／mlから13・4ngノm】に   上昇，搾乳刺激により13分後に平均4．9ng／mlから   23．9ng／mlに上昇した。また血糖値の凄化は観察さ  

れなかった。   

以上の結果から血菜コ【チゾール値札 わずかな刺   動こよって上昇することがわかった。そのため血堰コ   ーチノール値を観察する場合は．乳牛の環境条件を一  

定に保って，材料の採取をすばやく行わなければなら   ない。また再度材料を採取する場合は，6D分以上の間   隔をおく必要がある。   

血糖値は．採血前の刺激によって変動しないため，  

特別に条件設定の必要性はないことが示された。
