PREMIER 90® is a low foaming nonionic spreader activator adjuvant with superior rain wash-off resistant properties. PREMIER 90® is designed to quickly wet and spread a more uniform spray deposit over the leaf and stem surfaces.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS CAUTION

HAZARD TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS

Harmful if swallowed, avoid contact with skin. Do not get in eyes, on skin or clothing. Avoid breathing vapors or spray mist. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Wash thoroughly before eating or smoking.

STATEMENT OF PRACTICAL TREATMENT

IF SWALLOWED: Do not induce vomiting. Give 1 or 2 glasses of water to drink and refer person to medical personnel. Never Give Anything By Mouth To An Unconscious Person.

IF IN EYES: Immediately flush with plenty of water. After initial flushing, remove any contact lenses and continue flushing for at least 15 minutes. Have eyes examined and treated by medical personnel.

IF ON SKIN: Wash material off of the skin with plenty of soap and water. If redness, itching or a burning sensation develops, get medical attention. Wash contaminated clothing and decontaminate footwear before reuse.

IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air. If a cough or other respiratory symptoms develop, consult medical personnel.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Inducing vomiting to remove this slightly toxic material from the stomach can increase the risk of chemical pneumonary edema due to aspiration of stomach contents.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.

STORAGE: Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Keep away from Heat, Sparks and Flames.

CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Triple rinse (or equivalent). Then offer for recycling or reconditioning or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by incineration, or if allowed by state and local authorities, by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke.

USE PRECAUTIONS Read all directions and warranty of sale. The directions on this label are based on field experience and should be followed for most effective and safe use.

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT ON CROPS GROWN FOR SEED. SOME INBREDS HAVE A VERY LOW TOLERANCE TO CHEMICALS AND THE USE OF THIS COMPOUND COULD RESULT IN INJURY TO A CROP GROWN FOR SEED.

NOTICE Due to variations in materials, application equipment, waters and other conditions, the optimum use rate may vary. Sufficient wetting agent should be added so that the spray uniformly wets the surface being treated and allows an even deposit of the active chemical.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

HERBICIDES - PREMIER 90 may be used with a wide range of herbicides. Some of the most common applications are with Accent®, Ally®, Assure®, Beacon®, Blazer®, Classic®, Cobra®, Fusilade® 2000, Glean®, Gramoxone® Extra, Laddok®, Pinnacle®, Pursuit®, Reflex®, Rescue®, Roundup®, Scepter® and Tornado®. Use rates vary from ½ to 3 pints of PREMIER 90 per 100 gallon of spray solution. A use rate of 1 pint per 100 gallon of spray solution is the most common, but always use the rate required on the specific herbicide label.

GENERAL USE - For most insecticides, fungicides and acaracides, use ¼ to ½ pint of PREMIER 90 per each 100 gallon of finished spray solution. Rate will vary depending upon plant size and type of foliage to be covered.

DEFOLIANTS - (Use with magnesium & sodium chlorate and with chlorateborate defoliants and herbicides). Use 1 quart per each 100 gallon of dilute spray when spray application is at the rate of 10 or more gallon per acre. Use 2 quarts per 100 gallon of spray solution when application is less than 10 gallon per acre.

The Directions for Use of this product reflect the opinion of experts based on field use and tests. The directions are believed to be reliable and should be followed carefully. However, it is impossible to eliminate all risks inherently associated with the use of this product. Crop injury, ineffectiveness, or other unintended consequences may result because of such factors as weather conditions, presence of other materials, or the manner of use or application all of which are beyond the control of VAN DIEST SUPPLY CO. or the Seller. All such risks shall be assumed by the Buyer. VAN DIEST SUPPLY CO. warrants that this product conforms to the chemical description on the label and is reasonably fit for the purposes referred to in the Directions for Use subject to the inherent risks referred to above. VAN DIEST SUPPLY CO. makes no other express or implied warranty of Fitness or Merchantability or any other express or implied warranty. In no case shall VAN DIEST SUPPLY CO. or the Seller be liable for consequential, special, or indirect damage resulting from the use or handling of this product. VAN DIEST SUPPLY CO.
