2015年5月にオープンした本庁舎、さらに2020年夏にグランドオープンする「Hareza（ハレザ）池袋」
（庁舎跡地エリア）。
公民連携による都市再生モデルとして注目を集める2つのビッグプロジェクトを軸に、国際アート・カルチャー都市のメイン
ステージとなる池袋駅周辺エリアのまちづくりが連鎖的・加速度的にひろがっています。
The City Ofi ce, opened in May 2015, and the Hareza Ikebukuro (area of the former site of the City Ofi ce) that will have its grand opening in the summer of 2020—these two major projects have drawn attention as a model for urban renewal through public-private partnership. Centered around these two projects, urban development of the area around Ikebukuro Station, which will become the center-stage for the International City of Arts & Culture, is spreading out ever more quickly in an interconnected chain.
