A Study of the Structure of Town Management

by Collaboration in Hokkaido

—Through Two Case Analyses—

SUZUKI Mitsugu

Abstract

This research aims to examine the structure of town management by collaboration in Hokkaido. The structure is clarified through the analysis of the following two cases.

(1)Kiritappu Shitsugen Center (2)Forest of Obihiro

The following three points are examined as an analysis aspect of town management by collaboration in the process.

(1)Subject (2)Method

(3)Establishment of object image

It has been understood that the structure of town management by collaboration is formed by mutual cooperation of subject, method, establishment of object image through the analysis. It has evolved dynamically from the movement among those though the speed of progress is different.

All (4 × 4) rank one solutions of the Yang equation with rational vacuum curve with ordinary double point are gauge equivalent to the Cherednik solution.. The Cherednik and the
