FIRST AID

INHALATION: Remove person to fresh air. If signs/symptoms continue, get medical attention. Artificial respiration and/or oxygen may be necessary.

IF ON SKIN OR CLOTHING:Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice.

IF IN EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice.

INGESTION: Call a physician or poison control center immediately. Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow.

DO NOT induce vomiting unless directed to do so by a physician or poison control center. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS

CAUTION! May cause eye, skin, and respiratory tract irritation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Avoid breathing spray mist.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

Applicators and other handlers must wear: Long-sleeved shirt, long pants, shoes plus socks, and safety glasses with side shields.

Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables exist, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS

Do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwaters or rinsate.

USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS

Users should: Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. Users should remove clothing/PPE immediately if adjuvant gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency responsible.

DuPont™ TPQ89 must be used only in accordance with instructions on this label or in separate published DuPont directions.

DuPont will not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from the use of this product in any manner not specified by DuPont.

Do not apply this product through any type of irrigation system.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

TPQ89 is a spray adjuvant designed to improve spray ability of herbicides containing the active ingredient tribenuron methyl such a DuPont™ Express® herbicide (with TotalSol® soluble granules) and DuPont™ Panoflex® herbicide (with TotalSol® soluble granules) when tank mixed with glyphosate containing herbicides.

APPLICATION INFORMATION TANK MIX PREPARATION

1. For the first load, add clean water to the tank. When the tank is approximately 20% filled, add the tribenuron methyl containing herbicide (see listing above) and allow 2 to 4 minutes of agitation to fully dissolve the product. If there is a heel in the tank, the tribenuron methyl containing herbicide should be pre-dissolved in a bucket of fresh water before addition to the tank.

2.AFTERthe soluble granules are fully dissolved, add 1 pint of TPQ89 for each 250 gallons of spray solution, or 1 quart of TPQ89 for each 500 gallons of spray solution, or 2 quarts of TPQ89 for each 1000 gallons of spray solution. Allow this to mix thoroughly into the spray solution.

3. If ammonium sulfate is being used, it should be added after the TPQ89.

4. The glyphosate containing herbicide should be added to the tank last.

It is important that the tribenuron methyl containing herbicide be fully dissolved before the TPQ89 is added to the spray solution.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage and disposal.

STORAGE:Store product in original container only. Store in a cool, dry place.

CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Waste resulting from the use of this product must be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility.

Waste disposal methods product: In accordance with local and national regulations. Must be incinerated in a suitable plant holding a permit delivered by the competent authorities. Do not contaminate ponds, waterways or ditches with chemical or used container.

Contaminated packing: Do not re-use empty containers.

DuPont warrants that this product conforms to the chemical description on the label thereof and is reasonably fit for the purpose stated in the Directions for Use, subject to the inherent risks described above, when used in accordance with the Directions for Use under normal conditions.

To the extent consistent with applicable law that allows such requirement, DuPont or its Ag Retailer must have prompt notice of any claim so that an immediate inspection of buyer's or user's growing crops can be made. Buyer and all users shall promptly notify DuPont or a DuPont Ag Retailer of any claims, whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability, other tort or otherwise, or be barred from any remedy.

This Limitation of Warranty and Liability may not be amended by any oral or written agreement.
