Chief, HR Department AFJ Accounting 1-1-1 Azabu Street

Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, 123-4567

Dear Ms. Anderson,

Thank you for the interview today. I enjoyed learning more about the position of financial assistant at AFJ Accounting.

The job, as you presented it, is a very good match for my skills and interests and will put my B.A. in accounting to good use. I will bring to the position a positive attitude and the ability to work well on a team.

I’d like to mention that I had a summer internship at Yokota Accounting in which I worked on two corporate audits. On the job, I proved to be a fast learner who can handle hard work.

I appreciate the time you spent to interview me. I am very interested in working for you and look forward to hearing from you about this position.

Sincerely,
