2.With a height of 3,776 meters, Mt. Fuji is Japan’s highest mountain. Though classified as an active volcano, Mt. Fuji last erupted nearly 300 years ago. Its almost perfect cone shape is world-famous for its beauty and the mountain is the symbol of Japan. All Japanese love the mountain because it is extremely beautiful. They express their adoration through poems and paintings. And Mt. Fuji is regarded as one of the three sacred mountains because of its holiness. Every year hundreds of thousands of people climb the mountain, and some of them do so as part of a religious undertaking.  (100 words)

7.I think many people might be surprised if it were written thatno country has as many good concert hallsnationwideas Japan. This is because it might be common knowledge that, shamefully, there are no good concert halls in Japan. However, many foreign orchestras that come to play in Japan are quite surprised bythe fact that even fairly small towns in Japan have magnificent halls. In fact, in the United States and Europe, apart from major cities, halls are in a very poor state. And so, when these orchestras visit rural areas, they may have to play in shabby and miserable hallswhich are converted fromold, small movie theaters.
