まず、乳がんの家族歴のある人が挙げられます。乳がんは遺伝 する病気ではありませんが、乳がんに関連する遺伝子を持つ人は かかりやすくなります。
次に、乳がんが発症したり、大きくなることに、女性ホルモン であるエストロゲンが関係しています。エストロゲンは月経の終 わり頃から排卵前にかけて多く分泌されます。エストロゲンにさ らされる期間が長い人ほどかかりやすくなります。
初潮年齢が早い、閉経が遅い方、あるいは初産年齢が遅い、出 産経験がない方は、エストロゲンにさらされる期間が長くなるの でそれだけ乳がんにかかりやすいといえます。
以下のどれかに当てはまる人は、特に注意が必要です。
